Custom Product Policy

All ArtCleef® portraits are custom-made based on your uploaded photos. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be resold
• Changes are allowed during the approval stage
• Final approved artwork proceeds to production

Revisions & Approval

Customers can request reasonable revisions during the mockup or approval phase. Once final approval is given, production begins.

Payments

Payment must be completed before production. Pricing is clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping

We carefully package and ship all artworks. Delivery times may vary based on location and production schedule.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we review concerns fairly.

Intellectual Property

All artworks remain the intellectual property of ArtCleef® until delivered. Website content, images, and branding may not be used without permission
